Not only is Sheri warm, caring, kind, very helpful, loving, giving (to name a few), but she is also one of the best listeners, supporter and one the sweetest women I’ve ever met. She truly has a piece of MY heart & my daughters!! Sheri, we love you! (reposted from Facebook)

Sheri is fantastic! Her Postpartum Doula services were excellent and helped us to "Settle in with Baby" in our home in the Temecula area! Sheri is a Registered Nurse, and very experienced with newborn babies, so I felt very lucky to have her help after we recently welcomed our first child. As a new mother, I needed to learn everything, and I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Topics we worked on included breastfeeding, babywearing (how to tie a wrap, how to use a ring sling, also Ergo style carrier), baths (first a sponge bath, later in a baby bathtub), swaddling, use of white noise and other baby calming techniques, grooming baby's nails, ideas for mom's nutrition and cooking (Sheri makes the best lactation cookies and had some great recipes for overnight oatmeal in the Croc Pot!) Sheri's services were invaluable to our family. I highly recommend her, especially to new moms! (reposted from Facebook)

Sheri was an absolute blessing to our family! Sheri was my labor doula, but it didn’t stop there. First, as soon as we told her we would like to have her as our doula, she had her phone on her 24/7 to answer any questions I had about my last few weeks of pregnancy. From ways to naturally induce labor, questions about certain pregnancy symptoms, and concerns about labor, she was there to help me to prepare for my upcoming labor and delivery of my son. Sheri was with me throughout my entire 33 hours of labor. She practically turned my labor room into a spa! With aromatherapy, LED candles, relaxing music and essential oils, she made my room so comfortable and serene! She tended to my needs during the entire labor. She used massage, imagery and breathing techniques to get me through every contraction and obstacle in labor. Her experience as a labor and delivery/postpartum nurse also helped to give me piece of mind since she also had the medical background and knowledge to understand everything going on between the medical professionals. She was able to explain to me things I didn’t understand, offer suggestions, and be an advocate for me when it came to my nurses and the entire health care team. After the birth of my baby, Sheri continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She visited me at the hospital the day after the baby was born and brought me lactation cookies and padsicles (frozen maxi pads with aloe vera and witch hazel... AMAZING!!!), she visited me at my home when I was having issues with breastfeeding, and when I mentioned something about wanting to wear a Moby wrap, she told me she had some loner wraps and brought me one to my home. I could text her anytime of the day with a question or concern and she would respond very quickly. The only way I can truly describe Sheri is by saying she is seriously an angel. Her calm demeanor, her soothing voice, her graciousness, gentleness, sincerity, patience and love for her job make her someone you just want to be around, especially during this very intimate time in your life. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Sheri to anyone looking for a labor or postpartum doula. We don’t know how we would have done it without her. She will be a special person in ours and our son’s life forever. (reposted from Facebook)
